Voucher error

Voucher error at around 4 am. I bought a Hollywood voucher R100 and could not redeem it at around 4 am as it kept giving “service unavailable” error I then opted to buy another one with applepay which went through. Later on i tried that voucher and it shows “already redeemed” how? When? So what doesn’t sit well with me is that this is the second time I lose R100 with Hollywoodbets and im not willing to let this one go because its a lot of money and the consultants are not even helping as they do not have a turn around time for this issue and really not bothered
