Voucher can’t be loaded

I have bought a voucher for the first time via my online banking app, i struggled to load the voucher i then opted to chat with the consultant online for assistance. I was asked a lot of questions, my ID number, voucher number, the date and time of purchase, the method of purchase. I was told to wait for 24-48hours. I was patiend to wait for 2days. After two days i chatted with a different consultant she asked for the same info which i provided i received the same response wait 24-48hrs.i did as that i chatted to a different consultant who asked me the same question as consultant 1 and 2, i provided the same information atleast this consultant gave me a ticket #***4. Thus far i believe i have spoken to 10 consultants without any help, the 24-48 hours have turned into one and half weeks. I will advise people not to buy vouchers on the banking app for this company as they don’t value their customers. There is no support at all. I am done with this company they are useless i give them 00 for their service
