Victim of Identity Theft

So, someone was using my ID and details to create an account with Hollywood bets. They have updated my details for me but I am going to have this reported. First of all, it is ***** to use someone else's details and secondly, how do they not follow protocols to check properly whether this is the actual account holder. Had I not checked the promotion and tried to sign up, I would have not known that I have been a victim of Identity Theft. What do you people plan on doing about this because I am not happy at all. If you do not contact me to resolve it, I will report it to social media, newspapers and the complaints department. You guys could lose your license to run this business!!!!!
