VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Today is Monday the 20th January. Its the 5th time posting about the same thing since beginning of the month. After every review, I get notified that you will be in contact. Never heard from you after my last review I wrote. You are a multi million rand business that can not own up to mistakes. I proved you wrong and promise to get back to me but never does. You place rules that only suit you and when it is proven that you are wrong, you just keep quite and hope we forget. I will continue until you rectify your mistake
