Very Unhappy Customer

I have been a loyal customer for over a year and today for the first time I just feel ****** and used by this company. I placed a bet 4 days ago to be phoned today by Hollywoodbets telling me that they have decided to cancel my bet because of a supposed 'related event' which I still think is nonsense. The whole problem I have is that matches have taken place within these past 4 days that affect the outcome of my bet and now that my bet was going to win they decide to deem it a related event and cancel it 4 DAYS LATER! If one of the results that involves my bet hadn't have gone my way in the previous 4 days I can guarantee that Hollywoodbets would have happily taken my money and not cancelled the bet then. Not only am I irritated and upset by the fact that my winning bet was now cancelled but also the fact that the person on the phone had to start throwing terms and conditions policies in my face to cover themselves instead of compensating me, a loyal customer, for their error that took 4 DAYS to let me know. If the cancellation was on that same day or even early the next morning before events had taken place that would have affected the outcome of my bet, then I would have understood, but the fact that games have taken place that affect the bet and the results were in my favour and only now do they cancel the bet 4 days later. That is why I have a big problem, and once again no compensation for a loyal customer who has paid them thousands. Now that makes me feel like I don't matter to them and they just want my money. Lastly, just to irritate me more, some of the events that I had placed a bet on have now been removed all together since Hollywood bets took so long to correct their error, so now I can't even 'correct' my bet and play the market I wanted to. I am a very disappointed customer at the moment but I am willing to put this behind me if Hollywoodbets actually made me feel like my business to them was important and compensated me for their errors but until then, this experience has made me want to move to another betting company who actually values my business and doesn't make me feel like I am just being used for my money.
