Very ridiculous service

Very very bad I really wish I could give hollywoodbets 0 ratings they don't care about they customers at all. All they care about is taking our money and robbing us I have been playing this lucky six numerous times and I have been winning different amounts of R1,R2, R4 and R27 yet my sister played with the same amount yet she won R1500 why the payouts are not the same yet we bet with the same amount inboxes hollywoodbet on Facebook on the 12 of July and they asked me to send ticket numbers and screenshots of mines and my sister showing different payout nd amount played with I did that they told me "Please note that we have escalated your query to the relevant department for assistance. We will get back to you with feedback. " and then they go all silent for a week when I message them again they tell me the same thing "Hi, We apologize for the delay. Please note that our developers are still looking into the issue. We will get back to you with the feedback. Thank you- Ntobeko Z.... I think I received the same text about 4 times I have got proof even screenshot the entire convo this is ridiculous its our money that we use... People need to know exactly how hollywoodbets treats its customers I am definitely going to report this further even post the entire convo on all social networks people need to know so they don't end up being ****** of they hard earned money!!!
