Very Poor service

I am very disappointed and frustrating as the lack of service I am getting from Hollywoodbets being a loyal customer. I requested a absa cash send on the 06 January 2023, up until today issue not resolve and I did not get my money. Send several mails. Phoned several times. Went to my nearest Hollywoodbets branch 3 timesm I was advised it would take 24hrs for the reversal to be done and the money will be in my Hollywoodbets account. Up until today. Waiting for 12 days now. This is poor services and I am very disappointed, frustrated. Can't even resolve the issue on their side. Words can even describe the way I am furious.
