very poor help it's a shame

hi I with like to rate this app 0% reason why coz I loaded money from my banking account into Hollywoodbets and it never show so I went under live chat they made me wait for 1 hour just to seek help and a lady help me who was very rude I never finished my chat with her she just cuts me off and lev the cut with out asking if I have anything else to say and on top off that she told the money will only come into my account the next day yet I been waiting to play the whole night is that what kind of help do I get???
