Very poor customer service.

Very disgusted with hollywoodbets. Its quick to deposit money, but to withdraw is a big problem. I have sent in my fica documents and emailed the company, got a reference number, but still nothing is being done about it. If this matter is not sorted by the end of this week, I will go to the gambling board. I work in a big industry and know a lot of people, I will tell every single person I know of this poor service and to never even think about playing holywood bets.
