very dissapointed

im completly dissapointed with what im experiancing right now with this business..ive always been a loyal customer and now the vouchers im loading on to my account is not reflecting in me account this has cost me big money as the bet i needed to take has already taken place and ive lost out on thousands due to this business delaying my vouchers to be loaded on to my account..ive tried contacting the helpline and all my airtime got waisted and i still didnt get to speak to anybody..ive even emailed them and still nobody wants to help me with this issue..i honestly feel like im being ******
