Very disappointed

Account number ***, after multiple complaints emails and Twitter messages i still did not get my money. They reversed the transaction and i opted ewallet but hay i gave up. I went to Hollywood office in pretoria i was told i need to submit my fica docs again even though i submited and received confirmation sms that account is active.
