Very Disappointed Customer

I am very disappointed with hollywoodbets. I made a withdrawal on wednesday until today I have not received my money. I have made use of their chat service to ask question and was told that it will be deposited within 24 to 48 hours. it has been more than 48 hours and have sent them an email and there are no responses.
