very Disappointed

I updated my new bank detail in my bet account and i got a massage saying my banking details updated successfully and after few munites i withdraw money to my account and later find out that my banking details was not updated by bet. Even after 3 hours later it was still showing that is not fixed..i called them and a lot of consultant i spoke to said there's nothing they can do. .I lost my R2500 to my old account bcz of bet way .Money went to old unused account that is overdrawn balance .I wonder how many of us are having the same issue and still cant get help .If you ask to speak to manager they will keep you on hold for long time until you drop the call .
