Very Disappointed and another **** after referring so many people

I moved from several online gambling platforms because there was always a problem untill I came across Hollywood bets.

I was happy with the platform and spend thousands a month on the gambling platform but today I deposit money via card payment 3 times. Only 2 payments reflect and the 2st payment just famished and not reflecting on my account.

I talked to a agent and they keep requested POP but I didn't make a electronic transfer I made a online card payment.

I emailed them proof of the payments as reflected on my statement but still nothing.

So seems like anothet platform that I supported for months now once again being a ****.

Very disappointed as spending alot of money on their platform on a monthly basis.
