VERY BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to get my account activated for the past 9 weeks I tried uploading my FICA documents using the mobiste and after 4 attempts with no positive results, I tried emailing and still no progress. I then contatced the FICA whatsapp number where I was told that according to their system my account is active and they cant assist me me further I need to contact the helpline which I did and still no luck.Why have all these platforms like the mobile self service and email adress if they dont help/work.I have spend alot of money on data and airtime and my time trying to get my account active and its still not active .This is very frustarting because I have been very patient and understanding but this is just utter ******* .
