VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

i made a deposit last night and my payment didnt reflect on my account. i emailed and emailed and emailed. No response. I go on the online chat only for Ntahte to close my chats. I phone and they promise it will be sorted. STILL NOTHING!!!! this is not on.
