Verification problem, bank statement upload problem

Absolutely useless customer service! So I am unable to upload my bank statements for a unknown reason, not even they know. Keep on telling me ******* like clear cache or use m.hollywoodbets.net or use different device, everything does not work. So I have been promised they will fix it but nothing changes, first it was 24-48hrs, then after escalation it will be fixed in 24hrs today I was told during the day it will be fixed. Guess what, still not upload. I still get that stupid notice that they require stamped bank statements and I still get the error when trying to withdraw that verification failed. I guess I will have to persue other avenues to get my money.
