Vanishing funds from Hollywoodbets account

On the 5th of October 2023 at around I tried processing a withdrawal of the funds I had left but it kept saying “ bank offline “ which I still don’t understand but nonetheless seeing as withdrawing the funds was futile I tried buying some airtime before I know it half of my funds had disappeared and no airtime has entered I kept trying to no luck. Tried the chat option on the site but it wasnt of much help either
