<div>Hi, and it's Hollywoodbets again. Since the since the 31/05/21 I've done 5 deposits and your usless staff have only credited my account with 1 of the 5. On every call the only thing they can say is resend proof of payment and oh it doesn't reflect on our bank statement as yet which is bull**** as for 1 is 2 weeks old and not on bank statement. This shows you Hollywoodbets is usless when it comes to customer service. Every person you speak to says the same thing (let me escalate the matter) but Jack **** gets done about it. Hollywoodbets is really a bunch of ******* and on a serious note how many other people are yourl *****ing from. So I am being owed 4 deposits and none of the staff can help as they are all not capable of doing so. If my 4 deposits don't reflect today in my account I really am getting legal assistance first thing tomorrow morning as I also have all the emails as proof and also started recording all the calls to prove what the pathetic people say on behalf of Hollywoodbets.
