Useless *******

I deposited R5000 and received a small bonus, a few minutes later, I witdrawn R10000, but it was declined and the reason was about the bonus, but a few hours earlier I deposited R4000 and withdrawn R5000 that was successful. The customer service is also useless, their people don't know what they are doing.
