Useless staff
I have unfortunately been made like a fool. Hollywoodbets Team effort is unbelievably terrible!!! Since the 13th February I have been trying to get my ewallet... i have been into the FNB bank and made 4 different calls to FNB and they have said the same thing that no ewallet was made to my details..... i have been fighting with Hollywoodbets Team and they keep saying its been done from Hollywoodbets side....and if i want it back i must pay a reversal fee.... im beginning to believe that its all a **** for them to take more money from us!!!
