Useless online chat agents

I joined the online chat requesting to cancel a ticket I had placed by mistake. Wasilla, an online agent joined the chat at 06:44. I requested to have my ticket cancelled and she said she can’t cancel the ticket because the game started in 5 minutes. Which wasn’t true because the first game started at 7:00. And if she hadn’t taken 5 minutes to respond to my request, she would have been able to cancel my ticket on time. Please do better.
