Useless consultants
The consultants and that Holly bolt are very useless. I've withdrew 1 voucher on the 08 July 2025 but I didn't receive the voucher number. I went to the transaction history but still it doesn't give me an option to re-send it. I've been speaking to a bunch of useless consultants even on email all they say it we are escalating it to the relevant department they will send you your voucher in the next 24 hours. It's been a week of no help now. I want my voucher I'm sick and tired of this treatment.
