I had a withdrawal query of which i addressed on the hollywoodbets online chat platform, i was chatting with Sibusiso Mbelu, such and unprofessional person who does not know his job, he didn't resolve my issue and even refused to give me a case numbet. Hollywoodbets please firr him or retrain this person to preserve ur credibility and professionalism. Best option will be to fire him, zero knowledge on customer service
