Useless audit department

I'm reading Al these reviews and the only feedback they are giving is that they sorry. I made 2 deposits which the did not allocate to me. After sending proof they keep promising to pay the money back before midnight. Everyday is the same story. Are they *****ing our money to pay the winners or what's happening. Everyday is audit department will pay out today. Money will be in your account by midnight. Are they employing stupid people or are they just useless
