Urgent

I topped up my betting account via one of their Instant top up options until today my account has not been topped up but my money was deducted from my bank account I have sent them all relevant documents requested e.g. proof of payment to all their different emails that they have given me but weeks later I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
