Upload my document ASAP

I have send my FICA document yesterday..and when im trying 2 withdraw it says 'Outstanding FICA document'..was trying to call them since this morning..they not responding..they not picking up my calls...later they told m to go to my nearest branch to submit those document..while others can do it online..im so ANNOYED..their service is VERY poor...i dnt know wat to do anymore..i reali need my money
