Unwinnable games and bad customer service

This company is the worse, I love gambling but the Fairplay don't exist, I've loaded numerous times everyday without even getting some hope or enjoyment anymore, I've played here for more than 4years it was never so bad. If you change to another game they deduct 1c everytime, 1c might seem a little but how many 1cents worldwide has been taken from each player? The games don't seem winnable and I feel it's rigged. I don't mind losing but they rip the fun out of the whole Experience.lottostar is way better, I loved playing at hollywoodbets because of the variety of games. Stop ripping people off. Just be fair..
