UNWILLINGNESS TO PAY MY WITHDRAWALS.

My name is Thulani Paul Nkosi and I have unpaid withdrawals to tune of R2500 in my Hollywoodbets account. I withdrawed this amounts on Tuesday the 27th but till today I haven't received my cash and I can't get any help from Hollywoodbets agents.

They don't respond to my emails, via their live chat they only say they've paid on their side but when I contact ... No money was received except the last withdrawal of R1000 but no prior withdrawals which amount to R2500.

I really don't understand how their live chat team claim they paid me because when I get to my journals section and statement ... It clearly states that those withdrawals haven't been paid. It's really frustrating to deal with their agents because it seems as if they don't know what they are taking about or just downright ***********. All they have to say is wait for 24-48 hours for money to reflect in my account but it's been way over 60 hours.
