Unsatisfied customer

Hi i would like to lodge a complaint against Hollywood i have won some money and they still never pay me out. I have requested for an ewallet and still no reply. At first they asked for a selfie which i sent and still no reply. Hollywood would easily take our money and still refuse to pay us out.
