Unresponsive/Unhelpful

I did a deposit and attempted to withdraw after playing. I have been unable to. Spoke to Dumokazi on the 11/11 and an email was sent from her to Treasury requesting a hotline payment to me. I called again on the 15/11 and spoke to 2 people and was told that they would call me back. I have not heard from them since.
