Unresolved Winnings Query – Lack of Response from Support

I contacted Hollywoodbets via email regarding a winnings issue, but unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The person assisting me has been extremely unhelpful. After waiting more than 24 hours with no response, I had to send a follow-up email just to get any update. It’s now been three days, and I still haven’t received a proper response or explanation about what’s going on. I expected better communication and service, especially when it comes to resolving customer queries about winnings.
