Unreliable services

Unreliable services I have attached documents as requested but till today am unable to withdraw my money no one answers the contact number provided and their email as well

Your service is soo bad the I uploaded the documents now and I have been given an option to do a cash send you then send a code without a pin I called to ask for a pin I used it now am getting an error that the code has been redeemed I called absa and they said Hollywood bet is the one that is able to see where the money was withdrawn so someone from your side did a withdrawal.How do you send a code without a pin why do we have to call all the time to ask for help no none in call centre is answering or trying to assist even I want my money I have won fairly

I was told my matter will be under investigation and I’ll get a call from Hollywood till today I haven’t received a call clearly they no where my money is ,your service is really bad
