Unreliable and Disruptive Network

Since 6 March on numerous occasions experienced difficulty in accessing my account to place bets. Reported it via email and received the standard response. It's more than 24 hours later and the network is still faulty. While Hollywood seems unsympathetic in the matter I am deprived my enjoyment and they obviously losing income.
