Unprofessional Service & Delayed Payouts – Very Disappointing Experience

My experience with Hollywoodbets has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I have been waiting for assistance regarding my money for over a month now, and instead of getting real help, I keep receiving the same copy-and-paste responses from support agents. I submitted all the documents they requested multiple times, including verification documents, selfies, and identification, yet my issue still remains unresolved. Every time I contact support, they promise escalation or investigation, but nothing changes. It honestly feels like customers are ignored once there is a withdrawal or account issue involved. The communication is very poor, and the lack of urgency from their team shows no respect for customers’ time or financial stress. A company handling people’s money should operate with transparency, professionalism, and faster resolutions, but this has been the complete opposite in my case. I am deeply disappointed by how this matter has been handled. What should have been a simple process has turned into weeks of stress, frustration, and unanswered concerns. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and think carefully before trusting this platform with their money.
