Unprofessional service

I made a withdrawal of R10 000 on 01 August 2024. I m told it is still waiting for authorization because is a big amount. I'm asking myself if R10K is a big how long will take to process R1 000 000. It is unprofessional that you have to wait 48 hours for an R10k. If I'm able to loose R10k in their platform I must also be able to get it back instantly without this authorization of theirs.
