Unprofessional recruitment process

I was approached by a lady called Karusha Ezra who a recruitment officer for the job role of Senior Customer Service Manager role, she first sent an email to state my profile might fit the job role, the role is she called to conduct telephonic interview and mentioned that she would put me through for the interview first interview which I asked if I can be on teams as I am based in Cape Town and the job is in Durban, she agreed to look into that and she did not follow up to provide feedback instead she emailed my cv to get college without my knowledge for a job that I don't even have experience of which is for Sales Team Manager whereas I am a customer service Team manager, I sent Karusha an email to get clarification on the interview for Sales team manager she stated she passed on my cv because "I am too junior for her role". She is very unprofessional and does follow the proper recruitment process. She should have given me feedback as she approached me for the role of Senior Customer Service Manager.
