Unprofessional Customer Service from Nasiphi N
Absolute appalling customer service received from your consultant Nasiphi N that is currently on duty 10th April 02:15. Blantatly lies that there is no withdrawal cancellation option. screen shot sent to her that there is , she doesn't even bother to apologize for losing. Nasiphi asks what' the query is for the third time. Then proceeds to say cancellations take 24-48 hrs, this is news to me especially as I've made use of that option. I request for her to send the screen shot from the website that confirms her statement and when it was effective of . Nasiphi N proceeds to completely ignore me. Hollywoodbets is the calibre of customer service that your business stands for and accept???? Absolutely unprofessional, WORST customer service received from Nasiphi N. Hollywoodbets, this type of service shouldn't be accepted ever!!!!
