Unprofessional Customer Service and Lack of Urgency

Bought to 2 vouchers at my local Checkers store today at 15:34. Upon loading them got an error "Invalid Voucher". I went back to the store and explained my problem and we called Hollywoodbets call center and my word, what a rowdy and unprofessional setup. We were transfered to 4 agents before we were told that I should send copies of the vouchers to *** and I did send them at 16:50 and I was told that the turnaround time will be under 5hrs to resolve my issue. As I am writing this review at 20:22 I have been on live chat with Sphindile who has no curteousy nor etiquette and this is what followed: 1. When did you get in touch with us - Gave my answer 2. Please send copies of the vouchers to *** - I rep**** that I already did some hours ago 3.Helpdesk will be in touch with you please stay on the line - I wait in anticipation for some good news 4. Sorry, we will resolve your issue within 24 hours 5. Agent disconnects without giving you any reason why
