Unprofessional business

Hollywoodbets is so unprofessional and robbing business. I made a withdrawal on Sunday of 2 R1500 using ABSA cash send and they did pay me instead the keep on telling me of 48 hours which already has passed. Can Hollywoodbets pay my money pls.
