Unprofessional Behaviour

After many years of being a loyal and faithful customer, they limited me to a R1000 limit. When I decided to express my happiness about the matter, they decided to close my account with immediate effect. Its such a pity that the punter is subjected to this kind of treatment when expressing concerns about unfair treatment. What they fail to realise is that, in all customer related industries, you will get both happy and unhappy customers, both good and bad feedback, both good and bad publicity. You need to take the good with the bad. Instead of dealing with the matter on hand, they rather silence the punter and resort to childish and unprofessional behaviour. To all the punters out there, beware!
