unpleasant gambling business

Good day

I tried to open an account with hollywood bets and was a disaster so i asked my Mom to use her details, wich i did. My Mom past away last year and i was still playing with her details and won over R500 aventially after spending alot on there, as ******* as they are. So when i tried to cash out and there was a problem as my Mom passed away and hollywood bets just wrote it off, very convenient for them and in there favour. Now im trying to open an account for myself and still they can not help me. I just wish SA will no longer make use of hollywood bets as they all are ******* and in there own favour for making money out of us
