I have played a winning ticket on 19 December 2024 and have never received my winnings i have used up so much of my airtime only to be told IT is working on it i must be patient and wait...it is now 17 January its 2days away from a month. I have now emailed them and I am told that i need to provide a ticket number meanwhile Hollywood site doesnt show any of my played tickets for December
