Unpaid withdrawal

They don't pay out, consultants keep promising that i will receive absa cashsend voucher and pin within 24hours. Since i made a withdrawal on Thursday, 14 December 2023 till this day they keep on making empty promises. I send emails, chat with consultants online and also called thousand times but i still haven't received my money. I guess hollywoodbets ****med me my R1600.
