Unpaid withdrawal

I have done a cash send withdrawal on the 28th March 2023, unfortunately I didn't get the pin & voucher number. I sent an email and nobody cares to that the last 2 emails were not even attended to. I phoned in several times requesting a reversal and was told the money will be in within 24 to 48 hrs. It is evident that hollywoodbets doesn't care because most of the complaints response are automated and nothing is done after that or the business doesn't respond at all. What a shame!
