Unpaid winnings of R750

I am honestly disturbed by such a huge company like Hollywoodbets.

On the 18/ 08/2024, at 23:37,I made a withdrawal of R750, since I could not make full amount ,I then continued to make another one of R250,but then the R250 withdrawal was rejected back to my account ,reason being two withdrawals in a space of 15sec is not allowed,but the R750 was never paid to my bank account though on their system it shows funds were paid in.

Up to date I am still trying to get my winnings and have been the one calling ,checking and being given different references on my issue and kept on requesting bank statement and clearly on the statement, no transactions were made on the 18/08/2024, a d was told to confirm with my bank after submitting statement, I then called and even went to the bank and it is quiet simple no transaction was made so where and how is the bank suppose to confirm, I looked like an idiot as for any suspected amount ,statement should bring into my attention,and there's nothing that came from hillywoodbets,up to date no one is willing to assist with my winnings. I personally feel quitting this amount taking into consideration that I have been recharging airtime to find a solution, very disappointed and hurt.
