Unpaid winning bets

I had couple of winning bets which where not paid, so I started making track of them the last two was 15:22 pm I hade a R10 bet and it was wining and not paid plus my R10 bet was also gone, and I had a R10 at 15:30 and the very same thing happened so my R40 was gone just like that? Please find a way to update your system so that we can stop making negative comments all the time. My account number it's *** and can you kindly refund me.
