Unpaid money from 24 10March 2023

ftom 24 March 2023.. i requested a cash send of 1200. they never paid out. They giving me empty promises of statements and of payment. it was a ABSA cash send i requested. Maybe AbSA bank should stop sending cash send on behalve of hollywoodsbets. Why cant they reply to my emails and i was in branch. They are delaying me everry time for this payment

I also like to know what is happening with my request for payment. Can you reply to me on this website so that I can know what's happening.
Please reply with contact details and who I can speak to in regards of the R1200 cash send that was supposed to be done on the 24 March 2023. Is the money with ABSA bank or is the money with Hollywoodsbets because I never received any money.
You said the query is ascalated to Management of Customer Care Service. Please advise how long do management take to resolve and respond to queries.
This is been dragging on from 24 March 2023. Why?
