Unpaid amount

I want to check my withdrawal done on 1 September of R3000 still not paid. For the past 2 weeks I was I tried to sort out this issue, the only thing you told me is to wait for the next 24-48 hours and even emails I sent to you not updating me with anything

I don't know where I need to go further with this issue because is totally frustrating,
