unknown transaction (hokkywoodbets)

Hi three was money that went out of my hollywoodbets account a transaction i did not make on the 4th of June, I did query it my Ref ***2, Nothing was done about the matter, Today they tell me the funds was credited back to me the 6th of June and a different consultant telling me it was credited back the same day but i never received anything
